Ginger's Pizzelles

Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 oz orange extract
- 1 oz lemon extract
- a few drops of yellow food coloring
- 3 ⅛ cups flower
- 1 ½ cups extra virgin olive oil
- original pam
- powdered sugar
Steps
- Beat together eggs, sugar, extracts & food coloring
- add oil and slowly mix in flour
- spray iron with pam for approximately 15 minutes
- add mixture to pizzelle iron
- close for ~15 seconds
- remove and place on cooling rack
- sprinkle sifted powder sugar while still hot so it adheres to the cookies
