Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork sausage (jimmy deans original)
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 14 oz Chicken broth
  • ½ tsp Ground sage
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • ¾ tsp Black pepper
  • 12 to 14 oz Stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm or Brand of your choice)

Steps

  1. In a large pan brown sausage.
  2. Remove sausage & saute celery and onions.
  3. Add sausage back to pan and add stuffing mix.
  4. Mix contents together.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Add pepper, sage, and thyme.
  7. Mix contents & stuff turkey in neck and main body cavity area.
