Rice Pudding
Steps
- Bring milk to a low boiler (stir frequently)
- Add Rice
- Keep milk just under a boil for 35-40 (Cook rice until tender)
- In a Separate Bowl Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix. Add a cup of pudding to prevent the eggs from cooking and mix. Add to cooking rice. Continue stirring for 2 minutes and pour into pan.
- Sprinkle pudding top with a combination of cinnamon and cinnamon sugar to taste
- Let cool before coving to eliminate condensation
