Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 cups Honey Grams gram crackers (Crushed)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Filling
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 large softened cream cheese (Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Topping
  • 2 pt sour cream (1lb.)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 tbsp sugar

Steps

  1. First Bake
  2. Mix crust ingredients and evenly spread and press into 9x13 metal cake pan.
  3. Mix filling and pour on top of crust.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  5. Let cool until top is slightly firm
  6. Second Bake
  7. Mix topping and pour into cake pan and bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes
  8. Let cool in refrigerator without top until cold. (Covering will created unwanted moisture)
  9. * SERVE COLD (will get mushy as it sits out)
