Original Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp cornstarch

2 tbsp dry sherry

1 tsp ginger root (grated)

1 tsp white sugar

¹⁄₂ tsp salt

½ tsp crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients together
